(1) There will be a provincial directorate committee at the provincial level for work related to the protection of the employment rights of citizens as follows:-- (a) Minister/Minister of State in charge of employment-related matters -- Chairman (b) Secretary, Ministry in charge of employment-related matters, non-member (c) Secretary, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning Non-member (d) Secretary, Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers Non-member (e) Secretary, Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment Member (f) Secretary, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development Member (g) Deputy Secretary, Employment Ministry in charge of the matter -- Member -- Secretary (2) The secretariat of the provincial directorate committee will be in the ministry of the province in charge of matters related to employment.
